The three days at Fair Oak Farm have been nothing short of powerful, not only for us as founders, but for the incredible women who said yes to themselves and joined us.

They arrived carrying stories, responsibilities, questions, strength. They arrived open. And what unfolded was something deeply transformative.

Our retreat angels, the practitioners, facilitators, supporters and volunteers all gave their time, expertise and energy with such generosity. Every workshop, every meal, every quiet conversation was offered with care.

Over three days, we witnessed women soften and strengthen at the same time.

There was laughter, there were tears, there were honest conversations about identity, money, confidence, midlife, purpose and movement, breath, creativity and stillness.

We can’t wait to do it again.
