“The retreat offered me an adventure to go on I would not have normally experienced. I was in a safe non-judgmental space that I find hard to normally make for myself when I’m alone or with other people. I can no longer visit my parents and this allowed me to feel a space of being myself in unconditional care that I miss from them. The opportunity to connect with the team and guests over an extended period was helpful. My haircut was impactful and a real treat much needed and the lady so nice. I can’t cope with hairdressers or the cost normally so avoid and do it myself. My children were pleased I did it and my daughter said I should do one every month!
