I am Tamzin. An Actress and Mother of 2 children. I had the idea for this project while on a solo self care retreat.

Self care and wellness has become a huge part of my life and I am incredibly excited to be able to help deserving women access their own self care care journey.

The team of amazing women I have assembled are all volunteers who are giving their time & experience for nothing as they too believe in the power of self care . The magic that happens when women empower women, is in full flow!!

I live in Cambridgeshire with my two dogs I rescued from India. I have over 20 years experience in managing programmes of change, transformation, customer experience and go to market strategies. I am on my own wellbeing journey and have been fortunate to experience a number of retreats and holistic practices.

I am thrilled to be part of this wonderful team creating retreats and magical experiences for well deserving women in need of some self care.

Hi, I’m Becki. I live in Oxfordshire with my partner, our three dogs 🐾, and our cat. I have two grown-up children.

I run my own marketing agency, supporting brands and businesses with thoughtful, strategic, and creative marketing.

I’m a passionate advocate for living alcohol-free and for creating honest, supportive spaces where people can explore a different way of living.

Being involved with We Free Women has been especially meaningful — meeting incredible women from all walks of life and hearing their stories continues to inspire both my work and my values.

I'm Kath, I founded and sold my social media agency in 2020 and now split my time between brand strategy and consultancy projects for clients; advisory and trustee roles for women- and youth-focussed charities and not-for-profits and studying naturopathic nutrition.

Hi, I'm Chrissie and I have run a Caribbean Catering Company and Events Company for 22 years.

I live in Brighton with my grown up daughter. I catered a meal at the 1st We Free Women retreat and have been catering them ever since. I am excited my work has brought me to cater wellbeing retreats with a fantastic group of women like We Free Women.

I’m Maria. I live in Essex with my hirsute husband and his age-defying hair, my two beautiful daughters and beloved dog Scooter Frank. I have produced many major television shows including Dancing on Ice, Hell’s Kitchen, Who Wants to be a Millionaire and The Brits. I am honoured to be involved in such an exciting, innovative project working with such a great team of women.

Hi, I’m Genevieve! I live in the beautiful Cotswolds with my husband, daughter, pug, and cat.

With over 20 years of experience in PR, celebrity management, events, and social media marketing, I’ve worked with leading charities like Oxfam, Cancer Research UK, and Unicef. I’ve managed celebrity ambassadors, high-profile supporters, and award-winning campaigns, collaborating with some of the biggest names in entertainment, music, and fashion. Currently, I’m a consultant community manager for A Million Realities. 

At We Free Women, my focus is on empowering women, building strong communities, and creating positive change.
