Volunteer Practitioners

We have created a transformational, deeply restorative retreat programme drawing on a combination of traditional and innovative techniques, guided and led by a lead practitioner. Our guests experience:

Opening and closing ceremonies to set intentions and celebrate the journey

Group experiences and classes such as yoga, reiki, ecstatic dance, cacao ceremonies, gong baths and qi gong

Guided workshops such as journalling and vision board creation

Connecting with nature including silent walks, sunset breath work, cold plunges and stargazing

Masterclasses from nutritionists, coaches and menopause experts

One-to-one treatments including massage, facials and blow dries
